Accessing Your Shipping Protection Policy

Need to review your shipping protection coverage? You can access your coverage details anytime through our secure Customer Portal.

Steps:

1. Visit https://customers.vicoverage.com/.
   
   
2. Log in with the email address used when purchasing your policy.
   
   
3. From your dashboard, select your Shipping Protection policy.
   
   

You can view:

• Certificate number and effective dates
  
  
• Coverage limit (maximum $5,000 per package or shipment)
  
  
• Terms, conditions, and exclusions
  
  

Note: Coverage applies only while your item is in transit — from shipment until delivery or until your insurable interest ends, whichever comes first.
