Filing a Collectibles Claim

If your consigned property is lost, stolen, or damaged, file your claim promptly through the Customer Portal.

Steps:

  1. Log in at https://customers.vicoverage.com/.

  2. Select your policy and click “File a Claim.”

  3. Provide:

    • Original consignment receipt

    • Photos/evidence of condition before consignment

    • Documentation of item’s value

Submit within 15 days of being informed of the loss or damage.
