Filing a Collectibles Claim
If your consigned property is lost, stolen, or damaged, file your claim promptly through the Customer Portal.
Steps:
- Log in at https://customers.vicoverage.com/.
- Select your policy and click “File a Claim.”
- Provide:
- Original consignment receipt
- Photos/evidence of condition before consignment
- Documentation of item’s value
- Original consignment receipt
