If your shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can file a claim online through the Customer Portal.
Steps:
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- Select your policy and click “File a Claim.”
- Provide all required details and upload:
- Proof of ownership
- Proof of value (invoice, receipt, or appraisal)
- Shipping/tracking documentation
- Photos of damage (if applicable)
- Proof of ownership
- File within the required claim deadlines (see Claim Filing Deadlines).
Additional notes:
- If the loss is due to doorstep theft, you must file a police report within 7 days and submit it with your claim.
- Respond promptly to any requests for additional information to avoid delays.
