Filing a Shipping Policy Claim

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen, you can file a claim online through the Customer Portal.

Steps:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

  2. Select your policy and click “File a Claim.”

  3. Provide all required details and upload:

    • Proof of ownership

    • Proof of value (invoice, receipt, or appraisal)

    • Shipping/tracking documentation

    • Photos of damage (if applicable)

  4. File within the required claim deadlines (see Claim Filing Deadlines).

Additional notes:

  • If the loss is due to doorstep theft, you must file a police report within 7 days and submit it with your claim.

  • Respond promptly to any requests for additional information to avoid delays.
