      If there’s a disagreement over value or loss amount:

      1. Negotiate in good faith

      2. Mediate if negotiation fails

      3. Use binding arbitration if mediation fails

      Legal action deadline: Must be filed within one year after the loss or damage, and only if all program terms have been met.
