What if an item sells but the store doesn’t pay the seller?

If the store sells an item and does not send payment to the seller, the seller can file a claim. Go to ViCoverage Customer Portal to login and initiate your claim.

The seller must submit their claim within 15 days of realizing payment has not been received and provide the required proof (such as receipts and photos). ViCoverage will handle the matter under the policy’s coverage.
